Celebrate the release of the graphic novel Gnome and Rat by Lauren Stohler and learn more about making comics!

Lauren Stohler’s new graphic novel, Gnome and Rat (Penguin Random House)
releases June 13. To celebrate this delightfully funny tale of friendship (and hats!) Lauren will be discussing how to draw your own comics. Attendees will learn about basic comic structure and comedic beats, and have the opportunity to make their own short comic.

The cost of entry is the purchase of Gnome and Rat which will be handed out at the event.

Suggested age is 7-9 but anyone is welcome to attend!
