Join Julie Daniel from Yoga for Kids of Central New York for a special afterhours event.

We will read "I Am Yoga" by Susan Verde followed by a yoga session led by Julie. Mats will be provided. Tickets are free but required to reserve a spot, available here.
A cash donation of $10 is recommended to benefit the pet food pantry at Dog Daze in North Syracuse. 

Parents and caretakers can stop over to Hope Cafe during the event and enjoy a coffee, or they may sit at the community table.
